THE LOOK BIRDS OF HEAVEN neither sow nor reap!
Isa does not hesitate to witness the grave of Israel's fear of being abandoned by God in the sad situation in its history. Hence the psalmist's exhortation to trust in God, "Salvation, cliff, rock, hope, shelter, defense" (The Reading and Psalm).
Jesus translates into expressive images that we call "divine providence": the birds of heaven, the lilies and grass of the field. Is God the author of this splendor of nature, which does not seem to deserve so much interest, since it is a very ephemeral splendor?
is the Heavenly Father who cares for the birds to feed and clothe the grass. So why 'worry about tomorrow' for the food and clothing, as we were not aware that "our Heavenly Father knows that we need "?
rightly considered as the first Jesus-ing "the service of God," making sure the aid of "Providence" as "addition" (Gospel). St. Paul calls "the kingdom of God and his righteousness" as "the mysteries of God" that we have the duty to "serve" as faithful stewards (Reading II).
